The Nines was born from a simple conviction: the best moments happen when people slow down and share a space. Located on South Washington Street in the heart of Green Bay, we've created a setting that feels both polished and genuinely welcoming.
By day, our café draws in professionals, students, and neighbors with freshly pulled espresso, pour-over singles, and pastries from local bakers. By night, the same space transforms — the lighting softens, the music shifts, and our bar team begins crafting cocktails with the same attention to detail.
We believe a café and a bar shouldn't be two different businesses. They're the same thing: a room full of good people, served well.
